纯萌新在qq群里交流，但是有大佬看到我的新加坡旗帜说旗帜要赶紧发邮件改，不然好像会出问题

但是发邮件过后osu答复以前转国家的方式不再提供了

还有转回国区的可能吗

也听说osu不能开小号，现在开新号还来得及吗

Unfortunately we no longer manually issue flag changes. Players now have the possibility of changing their own flags if they wish, under certain conditions. Please refer to this newspost for more information.
