萌新刚入坑但是发邮件改旗子失败
纯萌新在qq群里交流，但是有大佬看到我的新加坡旗帜说旗帜要赶紧发邮件改，不然好像会出问题{:4_121:}
但是发邮件过后osu答复以前转国家的方式不再提供了{:4_93:}
还有转回国区的可能吗{:4_93:}
也听说osu不能开小号，现在开新号还来得及吗{:4_120:}
